PETG print help
Hi, I'm doing some prints with a PETG called "PETG Pro Matte" from addnorth, I have just started and I'm seeing some issues on one of the parts, see images below, what would you suggest to do to improve the results? It all looks fine until you get to the leaning part, where there is some issues, is it just a heat tower or anything else that will improve the results?

Is this your design?
If so, or if you have access to the design files:
You are bringing a shape to a knife-edge where two, or possibly only one extrusion is available to support the next, narrow layer. Already a bit of a balancing act; and then you overlap into mid air.
This is just a more or less unprintable shape, sorry. Replace with either a rounded edge or a chamfer and the part should be OK.
Cheerio,
Pictures not showing....

Thanks, it is a design I downloaded so not mine, but I get what you are saying, I will see how to tweak it. Thank you for the answer
There are a lot of poor designs out there ... and they're appearing on printables now too, especially since the badge system started.
Before downloading make it a habit to check there is at least a picture of an actual print, far too many have never been printed even once by the designer, let alone tested and refined. This includes designs for sale on certain sites...
In your case you may be able to import the mesh into your own software and rework it a little.
