Layer Shifting on one of two Mini+ printers

I have two Mini+ printers, and one of them frequently has these "shifted Layers" as shown in the photo. Usually they are in one direction, as shown. Sometimes, subsequent layers correct, sometimes the shift continues for a number of layers and then may go back to normal. This object being printed is about 150mm x 150mm x 170mm.

What is the typical cause and solution?

At the left front corner you can notice warping. This can trigger layer shifting (most likely in your case).

What can you do to reduce warping: https://all3dp.com/2/3d-print-warping-what-it-is-how-to-fix-it/

Yes, there is corner warping.

I have read the article you linked to. It isn't very helpful since, of course, I have a heated bed and I am using reliable adhesive that has worked on hundreds of prints. I find the warping happens on objects like shells (eg an empty box) that has a large size (150 x 150 x 170 and when using PETG.

I don't really understand how warping can cause a layer shift like this.

What is most odd is that the layer shifting is only on one of the two Mini+printers, and always in the direction that the build plate travels.
