Layer issues after clogged nozzle
Hi,
My nozzle was clogged and the extruder has still pushed filament. After fixing this the layers now looks like this.
What is wrong here? The belts for the axes? Or is this maybe the fillament?
This was printed with Fillamentum Extrafill Traffic white. 215/212-210 temp.
Thanks for any help.

Poor extrusion?

It's could be partially clogged.
Try the cold pull, method described in the knowledge base.
Once you've done that, I found I had to replace my PTFE tube with the spare one (it was slightly longer) and then re-adjust the grub screws to fit it.
RE: Layer issues after clogged nozzle
Hi,
thx for the tipps. I made a cold pull and cleaned the Extruder. But after I assembled all together and load a new PLA from Prusament I got these results.
The first extrusion works, but after short time it seems like that the heat temp doesn't work.
But if I do the cleaning function of the Filament it seems work...
I really have no idea what it could be anymore. Maybe still a clogged nozzle or heatsink?
RE: Layer issues after clogged nozzle
Hi,
after a thorough cleaning of the heatsink, I have now managed to get good results again. Only the bed levelling could be a little bit better, because tiny objects sometimes get loose from the bed. But that's another round.
So if someone gets in to the same situation:
