Issue with final layers of print

Hello, I am trying to print using a silk copper PLA filament but the top layer of my print has some weird lines in it and I'm wondering what I need to adjust to get a print without them? I sliced this with PrusaSlicer 2.3.0 and used the built-in 0.20mm QUALITY profile. Any ideas?

Did you try Monotonic top infill pattern? It's meant for this sort of thing. Ironing might help as well.

@bobstro

This is using monotonic top infill. The top layer is printed all in the same direction. Maybe it's not super clear from the photo but the lines running from the top right to the bottom left are actually a layer or two below the top layer. The top layer runs from top left to bottom right.
