like i want the arms to be white the dress black but prusa slicer doesnt allow me to paint the sections

I believe painting will be integrated soon, how are you going to manage the filament changes?
do you have Palette?
If you have Palette, you could use Canvas slicer to paint the model

Open it up in your favorite CAD software and pull the arms off to print separately. You can put pegs at the shoulder and palms with matching holes on the hips and shoulders on the body for perfect attachment and alignment.
