How to reduce seam

Hi, I have read a lot about seams and retract settings but even after some tests and corrections I don't come close to what I have expected. Maybe I just need the right words for the search but at the moment I'm stuck.

Here is what I have printed - seams and retractions displayed:

can.3mf

When using the seam position "Random" it does not really look better. Then I just get lots of zits. Attached you will also find the 3mf file. I'm printing with Prusament PLA.

Which options could help to optimize that? Or is this already the limit for the MINI? I have checked and corrected the retraction length and the extrusion multiplier. Anyway, there is a seam with a width of around 1 mm.

Thanks a lot for some hints! I guess I have not found all postings about that but at least what I found I have checked so far. Is there one big thing missing or rather several little options?

RE: How to reduce seam

Usually seams are really hard to be avoided so that they are invisible, so it is better to place them in less visible areas - so I suggest to use a paint seam tool on PrusaSlicer and paint it under the outlet and vertically on the wall over the outlet. https://help.prusa3d.com/article/seam-painting_168620

Also you could try to change slicing from Arachne to Classic.

Another option is to try different slicing tool that have a new seam option to hide it - scarf joint https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/11621

See my GitHub and printables.com for some 3d stuff that you may like.
