Help - Two photos - seperation in the middle - can't figure this out

I am trying to print a few slugs at 5" inches and can't figure out why I am getting gaps on only ONE SIDE (see photo) the other side is good and about and below are OK. I've tried different filament, I have four mini's, so I've tried different machines. I've tried three different versions of Prusaslicer 2.33 to the alpha and then new beta. I've tried  0.20mm and then 0.15mm. I've slowed the speed down t0 40 and 40 mm/s on the perimeters. What am I missing. This is making me CRAZY - what should I try next and THANK you for any suggestions.

I will suggest you post a 3MF file zipped so people can see your settings.

If you rotate the slugs 180 degrees is it still the same side of the object or the same side relative to the front of the print bed that's defective?
