Gaps in printing walls

Hello! I own a Prusa Mini+ and use it exclusively for printing inserts for board games. Occasionally, I encounter an issue where the walls of the prints are not completely formed, with parts missing. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what causes this and my technical knowledge is limited, making it difficult for me to understand the problem by reading about it. I'm hoping to find some help here.

Attached are images is this insert: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6330224
I'm using a 0.6 nozzle and have been printing at 0.3. I don't fully understand how choosing between 0.2 or 0.3 affects the print, other than in terms of time consumption and level of detail. However, the issues seem to persist regardless of the size I choose for printing. What could be the cause of this problem?

RE: Gaps in printing walls

this is a  problem with wall thickness.

the model has one section of wall that is thinner than all of the rest

I suspect that your extrusion width is too large for the model.
potential solutions,
1, revise the model to increase wall thickness
2, reduce extrusion width to make external perimeters t0 say 0.6mm which should resolve the thin wall
3, change the XY Compensation value, to say 0.1mm or 0.2mm (this may cause issues if the box dimensions are critical)
regards Joan

I try to make safe suggestions,You should understand the context and ensure you are happy that they are safe before attempting to apply my suggestions, what you do, is YOUR responsibility. Location Halifax UK
