First layer issue on upgraded mini’s

So having a issue with the first layer not being totally filled .
I’ve tried a few different options in regards to first layer height from 0.2 to 0.15 , perimeters 3 & 2

the images are 0.2 first layer and 0.15 after with 3 perimeters .( Ignore the bridging 😀)

It happens on multiple mini’s I own and also on my mk3s+ so it’s more down to program / model / software then hardware
PEI sheets with prusament pla

Calibrated using 75x75 square  instead of the standard inbuilt option.

I’ve got this dialled in so I know my calibration is correct , silicon modded them all so my table is level.

Cleaned sheets with soap / water so I have no issues with layer adhesion

RE: Calibration

I can do a full square again if needed but I’ve recently redone them today and just altering in increments of 0.05 up and down to fine tune it .
so the image does show this

also while I have your attention , I’m pleased with your recommendations for the triangle lab extruders , I’ve tension screw I’ve full tightened and then backed off 3 full turns for PLA as instructed by bond tech instructions.
They work fine as they should but just wondered if you did. The same ?
Using the bond tech 415 e steps on my llama firmware
thanks

Okay, part of this looks good, so if you picked that Live Z value, good. Looking at the first picture again, it almost looks like you have set the bottom layers to 0. Can you export the project from the File menu as a 3mf file, then Zip it, and upload it here? That way, we have the STL but more importantly all your chosen settings. Zipping the 3mf is important, as the forum software doesn't allow the upload of 3mf files ☹️

Yes it does look like its almost Zero on the first layer but I'm using standard prusament pla settings inbuilt in slicer but just changing the perimeters. I will pm you the 3mf if that's ok,

Thanks for your response and time by the way the helps appreciated
