Extrusion Problems with Mini

In the last days I am experience over-extrusion  problems with lower right parts of printed models (see picture). I thought, this could be caused by humidity of the filament (PLA), but it also happens using brand new PETG filament kept in a dryer box. I highly appreciate any ideas how to solve this issue.

I assume, you are referring to octoprint as the possible root of my problem. And you may be right. Whenever the print head is being moved to its reference position, there seems to be an extrusion issue in the direction of this movement.

The reason I asked is that your pattern of striking of one side looks like what I got with octolapse.  I had to adjust the retraction to get good photos and good prints.  I turn off octolapse and the artifacts when away.  I adjusted my retraction and the same happened.
