Extrusion problem.. or something else?
Good day guys,
I' hope to find the help I'm looking for.
A few weeks ago, I recognized a problem on my Mini+. I can't define the problem and the solution seems to be far away...
I have problems with extrusion.. the lines aren't connecting. So I tried to do the First-Layer-Calibration to adjust the Z-Offset but that was not the solution. As you can see on the picture, the lines aren't connecting but the filament fit's fine on the surface. However, when I'm on the perfect Z-Offset high the lines aren't connecting and when I go deeper the lines will connect but the filament is extremely pressed on the bed.
So I've also done several things:
Cleaned up the extruder, changed PTFE-Tube in hotend, Cold-Pull, checked the axis alignment, checked E-Steps..
And I didn't find any solution.
I hope someone can help me!
Greetings, Dennis

..depends on what you mean by "extremely pressed". Here's an example of correct first layer:

I'm not sure from the pictures what you think the issue is. On the first layer, do the strands of filament come apart when you pull on them? In which case your Live Z should be lowered.

On the picture of the layers from the benchy you can see that I've leveled that the lines are connected but it's too low when you look at the last layer.. When I correct the Z-Offset a bit, the lines won't connect anymore.. So I've problems to find the correct Z-Offset

So when it says top, how many layers is that? Live Z only affects the first layer (distance of nozzle to bed), from there on it's layer height that defines the thickness of a layer. Maybe best thing is to save your project as a .3mf file, ZIP compress it (or forum software won't accept it), and attach it here to a post. This way we can see all your settings.
