Dent/dip on surface of prints

I've recently had my last two prints produce these dents, I'm having trouble googling my issue because I'm not sure what to call this.

I dont have pictures from the first time this happened, but that was on the front of the print with gray PLA, and my next print it happened on the right side of the print with a pink PLA. It does not happen at the same place/height, but both times it has happened on a slope, though with the gray I used supports where the dip/dent happened.

I've used almost the entire roll of gray PLA and have never had this issue before on any of my prints, the pink is new but I printed a calidragon and a small figure with success.

Filaments have been dried with filament dryer, I print between 205-210 degrees Celsius (a little more for first layers).

I was hoping to get some tips on what could be causing this. It happened at the bottom between the legs in this photo:

Please save your project as a .3mf file

Files > Save Project as

Zip the .3mf and post it here. It will contain both your part and your settings for us to diagnose.

Cheerio,

Looks like cooling issue to me. Try to print slower, or you can use variable layer height (thiner layer) at that point. Or you can add more fan in front of your printer...

Thanks both of you for replying!

@Diem both files I've had this issue with are paid models, so I dont feel comfortable sharing them unfortunately.. Of course it has never happened on a free model 😛 I could always try to print a few free models and see if it happens again, and I could come back and share then. I will share some photos of some of my settings in the meantime.

@sandysasmita For the first print I had the face of the model facing to the front, and the dent happened at the front. For the second the dent appeared on the right side. If it was a cooling issue, should it not happen at one side only? And on smaller models as well?
As for speed, I feel like I already print pretty slow, see image of speed settings below.
The figure I dont have a photo of, where the issue first happened, I had printed a small version first with no issue, it's really strange to me.

My settings:
Cooling
Infill
Layers
Speed

I really appreciate the help, 1 year of learning and my printer decides to throw something new at me, its never a dull moment printing!

Update:
I tried to run the exact same file again, this time there is no dent. I made absolutely no changes, so it seems very random when it appears:
old on the left and new on the right

The oldest print on the left, the new on the right.
