You can create "mouse ears" in PrusaSlicer to hold down thin corners and similar features. These will provide extra adhesion where needed without the need for a brim or raft around the entire part, and can also be much bigger than is practical with a brim.

To quickly create one, right-click on the print bed area in PrusaSlicer and select Add shape->Cylinder. Then click the lock icon next to the size so you can independently size it to create a 30mm roundX0.2mm thick circle. Drag it underneath the part you're concerned about. This technique will make your 1st layer a bit funky looking since the circle will show, but it works very well for large parts. You can just trim off the excess when done printing.

A slight variation on the technique Bob showed.  If you right click on the bed and add shape, its adding a second object, when you place it under your first object you are actually printing 2 lots of filament into the area they overlap.  You can usually get away with that but its not recommended.

Instead of clicking on the print bed, right click on your model, and THEN add shape>cylinder.  Resize to 1 layer thick justr as Bob says but now the extra shape is part of your original object.  It now wont extrude 2x the material in the area it overlaps.

Or you might rotate the print and see where the warping is now located.
