Cant figure out how to get the to layer smooth
this only happens on small parts like this does anyone have any idea why?
My creality prints it just fine but cant get my mini or mk3 to print it .

can you share the project file (,3mf file)?
you need to save the file, then zip compress it, before adding it to your next post.

Try reducing your perimeter and external perimeter extrusion widths to .39.

You only uploaded the stl, not the 3mf project file, so we don't know what your settings are. But Sylvia is probably on the right track, those holes are very to each other, and reducing the perimeter width may help.
