Bad first layer adhesion and I think some extruder issue
I've been trying to calibrate my new Mini+ for petg prints on the power coated sheet, ran the first layer calibration a few times and when I feel I get the height right (not squishing the petg just touching the sheet it is not sticking very well at all and if I push it down a little more it squishes a bit and for the most part sticks but still in some areas it comes off the sheet. I've also noticed some areas seem 'thinner' than others during the test (pictured)
I'm using sunlu petg it has been stored in an airtight drybox at ~20% humidity for a week and I'm priniting with an enclosure so drafts aren't causing the quirks, I must admit I'm a bit lost when it comes to calibrating the extruder on the mini+ as the idler screw instructions are less than clear.
Any pointers would be welcome, thanks.

you could consider giving the textured sheet a good scrubbing with the green side of the kitchen sponge...
and use 70C for the heatbed...

Try Life adjust Z My Way
But use these files for the mini...
Prusa Mini files
I find it better than the Prusa First Layer calibration tool.

Thanks very much for those files, it did help me dial in the prints although I still have terrible adhesion on the textured steel sheet, everything is perfect on the smooth sheet now though.
