ASA skirt stuck to smooth PEI sheet
I printed a model with ASA on smooth PEI sheet. The part came off no problem but the skirt stuck to the sheet very well. So far I have no success getting them off with a PETG scrapper. I’m reluctant to use metal scrapper, not wanting to damage the sheet.
Any hints on how to get the skirt off?
(I have a separate sheet so I’m not stuck not able to print. But would be nice to have the spare sheet back in rotation and also learn how to get ASA off)
TIA

A little Acetone around the edges should be wicked under and loosen it up. ASA dissolves in Acetone, so enough Acetone will clean it off completely.

Use my wife's nail polish remover and after like 10 minutes of effort, all the ASA material is removed from the print sheet! Thanks again!

If you use ASA, you should have acetone on hand. ASA will leave deposits on the bed that have to be cleaned once in a while. Hardware store acetone will not contain perfumes or conditioners that are in nail polish remover. Those may cause issues.
