Rückbau Extruder
Hallo zusammen,
muss der Extruder nach entfernen der MMU3 Einheit wieder zurück gebaut werden. oder kann der so belassen werden.

the filament sensor chimney as used on the extruder when using MMU3 does not work very well without the MMU, so you may well wish to restore the normal filament sensor configuration, which will involve disassembly of the extruder

Sorry, you have a Mk4 not a mk3,
slightly different setup for the Mk4...
preparation you will need to visit here https://www.printables.com/model/451500-mk4smk39s-printable-parts/files
And print the following parts

this adapter makes re assembly much easier!
I Printed my parts in PETG!
then you need to disassemble the Nextruder https://help.prusa3d.com/guide/4b-upgrading-the-nextruder-mmu3_779209
and remove the Nextruder Modified Mainplate, Filament sensor arm, Idler Arms, Toggle Assembly and tension screws with spacer

dauerhaft oder nur für Einzeldrucke?
wenn du zwischen durch nur mal z.B. TPU oder sonst ein Filament laden willst was nicht unbedingt durch die MMU laufen soll reicht auch das einfache deaktivieren in den Einstellungen und abziehen des PTFE Schlauches vom Exdruder.
Der einzige wirkliche unterschied ist das Autoladen (Filament oben reinschieben und er erkennt das er laden soll) das geht bei umgebaut auf MMU nicht.
Wenn mein Englisch nicht zu sehr eingerostet ist geht der Moderator aktuell davon aus das du unbedingt umbauen willst.

Hi,
vielen Dank für eure Rückmeldungen. Ich habe es dann nach der originalen Aufbau Anleitung gemacht.
