Y axis calibration hits the front end stops hard and fails.

Strange one. I built my Mini and everything was fine all the calibration passed. A few days later I ran the axis calibration again and the Y axis fails.

When it does so it moves back and forwards fine at the slow speeds but as the speeds pick up it clonks the front stops harder and harder and eventually the belt slips and the test fails

In Normal printing everything seems fine and prints look great

Steps I have taken

1) Lubed the rods - No difference

2) Ensured the bearing are pushed towards each other on the dual bearing side -  No difference

3) Tightened and loosened belt - No difference

I am baffled as to why it appears to want to drive the Y axis beyond the front stops. Anyone have an idea ?
