X axis small shift in layers

Hello,

When I print there is one direction where the layers are not axactly aligned, but the other axis seems fine. After further research I found out it could be the x axis which is not properly greased, so I tried that but the problem remain. by manually sliding the axis (x) it seems that the axis slightly jump when I go left and right so I assume on each layer when it tries to come back to the x place it was before to do the upper layer it is slightly shifted. Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks

Two related possibilities:  The X belt may be loose, See step 30 on: https://help.prusa3d.com/guide/3-x-axis-extruder-assembly_199519

or if that fails, the grubscrews attaching the drive pulley to the motor may have become loose or possibly were wrongly inserted at build time, see step 18 on the same page.

And check the idler pulley at the other end of the belt at the same time, it can be damaged by wrong tensioning.

Cheerio,

Thanks Diam,

I've tighten the X Belt + thighten some screws around the extruder and adjusted the idler pulley. it seems to work now!
