X-Axis failure

Hi,

I have a mini and the x-axis has stopped working.  Prints are 2-dimensional!! and don't look very pretty.

I unplugged the x-axis lead from the main board and plugged it in to the y-axis port to test the motor and it works through there, so it must be something on the board?

Is this a common problem? Do I need a new board?

If you purchased your Mini directly from Prusa you should have an account there. Login into your account and get in contact using chat (bottom of the screen, right side, the blue circle with the speaking bubble). They then will help you to find out what is going wrong - if it is warranty or what ever.

Best regards, Clemens

As a follow up, this seemed to be my problem.  Removing this 'wire?' has fixed my issue.  It was causing a short.
