wired printing

Is there a way to print from a USB connection as opposed to a USB flash drive or a cat 5 connection. There is a USB connection and my PC is registering a new device, but nothing else, and Prusa slicer will not send g-code directly to it.

I am wanting Prusa Connect Local to start supporting uploads. Once this is integrated with PrusaSlicer it will be awesome.
