Wifi module crashes Mini while printing.......?
So, after printing for 3 years on the Mini I finally decided to add the wifi module. Ever since adding it the printer it would reboot itself a few minutes into any print at random. Checked everything with Prusa Support and removed the wifi module for the printer to print perfectly again. Conclusion? Perhaps the module, being very close to the USB port, could had some interference. So, one for the books.......
Wifi file transfer is very slow anyway..... ethernet is much better 😉

Full disclosure: it was none of the anticipated errors...... no thermistor or heating problems, not the wifi module........ after all the testing and measuring resistance etc...... I noticed a 'clicking' Alexa controlled mains plug which I use to manage the Mini remotely....... removed that and...... no more problems! The faulty device would at random switch off the power to the Mini. 🙃
