White screen/freeze on power up
When I switch on power, the display will light up all white, but no fan.
I have just installed a WiFi module, but initially there was no problem. It had remained powered up until I had a problem with loading the filament. Z-axis drove up to stops and Mini+ reset. I powered down and back up, got the same Z-axis drive to the top stops with same skipping and reset. After that, power on goes to white screen.
I can sometimes get it to start up by pressing the reset button on side of Buddy Board case. Sometimes it takes multiple presses.
I re-flashed the buddy board and the WiFi module. Then it seemed to all work. I hit the reset button on the front of the controls while it was cooling down from filament install and it froze. Power cycle resulted in the White screen.
Reset button on control head does not work, but I didn't try repeated pressing like the one on the side of the case.
Any ideas on what is wrong? I haven't tried removing the WiFi Module.

It sounds to me like something is shorting remove wifi module and test it

Download the firmware over again and put it on a different usb stick.
Flash the firmware.

Reflash firmware like yo did before preheat on mk3 there is a button on the board is there a pun hole on the buddy board case if so press it that should reset printer and may also fix problem

Thanks for all the suggestions. As I have it running and need to print a few more things, I haven’t risked powering down.
I hope to be done this weekend and will try the suggestions.
