Which First? Temperature, Retraction or Multiplier?

I have a Mini and have done a few modifications to it (Bondtech heatbreak, Bondtech dual extruder, Capricorn Bowden tubing and a tungsten carbide nozzle) so I want to tune in the temperature (with Prusament black PLA), retraction and extrusion multiplier.  (BTW, the Bondtech heat break solved my clogging issues.)

With some mechanical devices the order in which you do adjustments matters a great deal since one adjustment can affect the others.  You do the one that has the least effect on the others first and then do the remainder in decreasing order.

Is that true with the Mini or can I do them in any order?  If there is a specific order, what is it?

I start with calibrating the extrusion multiplier for each filament. If the slicer settings don't closely match the real-world printer and filament settings, there's not way your print will be accurate. Play around to find a good temperature. Only last deal with any remaining issues with retraction and related settings.
