Weak layer adhesion mid print including slight layer shifting

Hi everybody,

My prusa mini arrived 2 weeks ago. The first few prints went really well but since a few days ago i got a problem which i could not fix yet.

Im trying to print a part which is nearly maxing out the print area in the y-direction. Every large print has very weak layer adhesion and slight layer-shifting starting from 23 mm and above. The layer adhesion under 23 mm is as good as it should be.

The first-layer calibration is perfect. Ive also checked the belt tension which should be high enough. Smaller prints with a hight bigger than 23 mm print totally fine.

I cleaned the printing bed several times to prevent warping.

The part was printed with 5 walls and 7 top and bottom layers.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Daniel

There's a lot of z banding there. Are your belts tightened properly?

The belts were tightened but i checked them again and tightened them by a quarter turn.

Thanks for the advice.

Nevertheless, the part should be printable even if its in the corner, right?
