Warped bed? Levelling not working? Any help appreciated.

Hi,

Shown is the bed visualization from Octoprint.  This is the most level I've been able to get the bed after working from this document.

Prusa Knowledge Base | XZ-axis skew correction (MINI) (prusa3d.com)

Prior to this the bed was significantly lower on the left and the visualization resembled the side of a hill.

I've been able to print several fantastic looking Benchy's but the moment anything gets close to the edge things go wrong.

The horizontal lines are well bonded,  maybe squished too much even.  As soon as the bed starts moving as well it seems that the nozzle lifts up considerably and filament no longer bonds.

There is a photo of these lines not being perfectly straight either.  The two attempts shown are a 3x3 calibration print and the built in first layer calibration.  The live Z is set to -1.670,  much less than this and it doesn't bond at all.

Plate has been cleaned with iso alcohol and the firmware is 4.3.1+2759.

This printer is only a week old or so and was assembled by Prusa not me.  I was really hoping to avoid these types of issues.

It feels like something is defective or at least I hope so.  It's been really frustrating so far.

I appreciate any advise that anyone has to offer on this issue.

Thanks!
