USB Drive with files is detected as empty
Hello,
today my Mini+ is not be able to read files to print inside the usb stick. This one is perfectly read/write by computer but not by printer.
I've tried with another USB stick as well and the issue is still there. The printer detect the stick plugged but without any files inside.
Any help?
Thank you

RE: USB Drive with files is detected as empty
Is this the original USB-drive or a new one? How big is it?

Both! Original and another one. The original is 8GB (FAT32) and the other one is 4GB (FAT32)

Probably live chat with prusa for replacement parts as it'd could be the usb port
Please help me out by downloading a model it's free and easy but really helps me out https://www.printables.com/@Hello_474427/models
RE:
I have the exact same problem. I have two minis and one of the USB sticks that came with the machine is no longer readable by either one of the Minis. Both my Mac and PC can read it and sees all the files on it. It is formatted in FAT32 and I've even reformatted it in FAT32 and put all the files back onto it. But it still just says "Home" when I click on Print. Both Minis can read the other original USB stick so I know it isn't a problem with the USB drive itself.
How can this other un-useable USB stick be reformatted so the MINIs will see it again?
RE: USB Drive with files is detected as empty
Simple answer..... it probably can't be formatted. It's dead. Less than $10 for a new one.
