Underextrusion from 2nd layer

Hi everyone,

I have several MINI printers and I thought I know enough to solve problems. Anyhow, this one has severe underextrusion but only beginning at 2nd layer. The benchy went out fine, but when I have models with 100% infill, it doesn't fill 100% at all. At the corners there is too much filament and in the middle not enough.

I have changed the PTFE tube several times and also prestressed it by one turn of the brass nut. Nothing helped. I also cleaned the extruder gear and the printer is up to date.

Did somebody experience the same problem? Underextrusion is quite common within my printers but there must be something I missed.

I print with quality PLA black.

Thank you in advance

Which slicer are you using?  You could upload the 3MF file and I will try to print it.

PrusaSlicery

Thank you!

I am using the PrusaSlicer and used standard settings, it does the same with different models, so no need to reprint it.
