Under extrusion, especially on perimeters (not first layer)
I’m having an interesting under-extrusion issue with a new-to-me Mini+, looking to see if anyone else knows what I might be able to try next.
The issue does not appear on the first layer, and is especially evident on perimeters, leading to structural issues (see image below). I’ve checked the hardware and haven’t found anything evident… I’ve replaced the hot end PTFE tube thinking that may be it, but no issues there. Firmware has been updated and no change. I’m pretty familiar with the mini and Mk3S… but am hoping to save some troubleshooting time.
I’m wondering if it’s possible there’s an issue with the temperature probe, which is causing it to run cold… but have not checked that yet. Anyone experience this before, or have any good leads that I can try other than the temperature probe itself?
