Terrible vibrations on Y axis fast mouvements

When printing the first layer on very fast movements on Y axis I have really impressive vibrations.

Could this be due to bad belt tension? Bad lubrification of the Y axis ball rings? Something else that comes in mind?

I’ve had my Prusa mini for 2 years now and everything has always been smooth with it till now. 😥

I'd start by checking the belt tension and the grub screws on the y axis motor shaft. But you may have worn out the bearings and they may need replacement. Did you regularly lubricate the rods?

Rods have been lubricated every 100 hours of printing. The oddest part is this has started after the last time I lubed them.

Will check the belt tension and grub screw.

You didn't change the type of lubricant you used, did you?
