SuperPINDA - Is it worth changing
I've had my Mini for well over a year now, and have totally overcome some early persistent nozzle blocking and other issues. She's now churning out PLA and PETG prints faultlessly. with failed prints or other issues being extremely rare.
It there any advantage in changing to the new SuperPINDA, given that I'm not having any issues?

As they say, don't fix what ain't broken. Maybe save the upgrade for a time you need to make changes to your hotend anyway.

You won't be able to change even if you wanted to. The new Pinda probe is out of stock and it's been 4-5 months now. The only way to get one is to order an upgrade MK3s+ and it's 10-11 week lead time.
