Strange oozing

Hello guys! Please can somebody help me? It seems like where is this debossing it causing these horrible lines outside the print. Somebody know how to fix it? I am using prusa slicer and printing on prusa mini+. Can be the problem travel moves? the wall is also weak where is the ozing. I just don't know where is the problem. Thank you for your help

Please save your project as a .3mf file

Files > Save Project as

Zip the .3mf and post it here. It will contain both your part and your settings for us to diagnose.

Your retraction seems excessive but your main problem is that the upper 4mm are just a single extrusion thick leaving no room for the slightest error.  For neat, strong, walls allow for at least three extrusions, two perimeters and a variable width filler, even then it will need fine tuning.  For ordinary prints, at around 2mm thick the slicer will give good results unaided.

Your model might be FDM printable at that scale with a smaller nozzle, eg 0.25mm, but it is a better candidate for SLA printing.
