Screw Stuck
I've been doing some looking around (had a problem with printing) and was trying to get my heatblock off to unclog a clog. However, upon attempting to do this, I found that the 3 small screws on the side of the fan had been stripped, and I couldn't get them unscrewed. After much mucking about, I was eventually able to resolve the clog without taking it off, but then, as I went to put the nozzle back on, I saw that there was no gap between it and the heatblock. I'm assuming it's because I didn't push up on the heatblock while tightening, but now that they're stripped, I can't loosen the top one to redo this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Stripped? On my Mini grub screws for allen key are used.

RE: Screw Stuck
Maybe Stripped isn't the right word, however it has been rounded out to the point that the allen key skips whenever I try to unscrew it.
I understand.
The simplest solution is, you buy new heatsink which comes with new screws. Is 18€+shipping.
But if you have a dremel, then the solution is simple: you cut an insert into the grub screw, and then unscrew with regular flat screwdriver.
As you can see, grub screw protrudes out of heatsink for about a millimeter. If you have some small (and sharp!) combination pliers, then you can try to rotate screw with that. But if you damage screw too much by doing that, then dremel also won't help anymore.
I have no more ideas.. wish you luck.

Drillpress & tap
Another way, altho this could also be destructive, is to use a drillpress with a tiny drill and try and drill out the screws, then re-tap the hole, perhaps to one size larger depending on the drill-out.
Care needs to be taken so it drills at a perfectly square angle.

I GOT IT!
So funny story, the screw was a bit stripped so I took it to a nearby woodshop that I volunteer at, and found an allen key that was supposedly slightly bigger than the screw (I believe it was 9/32"). After some finagling, I actually got it to stick in the screw, after which I was able to use it to unscrew it. I then replaced it with a capped screw, so that this problem should hopefully never happen again.
