Rough texture w/ Overture Easy Nylon
Hello, I have a Prusa Mini+ kit that I built about a year ago. I have recently just started printing this Overture Easy Nylon for some prints that need to be stronger. At first the layer lines were not rough and had a smooth texture (image below #1), but over the next few prints the layer lines have become much more rough (image below #2). Image #3 is both of the parts side by side. Also, this rough layer line texture seems to only affect parts made from the easy nylon. Does anyone have any experience with this problem and how to fix it. Thanks in advance.

How are you keeping your filament dry? That looks damp.

@diem, I'm using a sunlu filament dryer while printing. The filament has been in there for a few days printing.

Also, I forgot to mention, the filament dry cutout last night for some reason, so the filament was probably not being dried for around 6 to 4 hours. Could the nylon absorb enough water to ruin a print that short amount of time?
In some cases, yes.
