prusa mini with REVO Hotend now fails first layer calibration every time

I have a Prusa Mini with a Revo Hotend and a superPINDA. Lately the mesh bed leveling and the and first layer calibration have been failing every time. Sometimes flipping the bed plate gets the process father along. Z probe offset doesn't matter if the bed doesn't finish meshing the probe. At some point the nozzle decides to go a millimeter too far and the bed gets a new dimple. Hard resetting the printer doesn't fix it.

Ok seems like I was an idiot but I seem to still have a real problem with my setup.

Turns out I must have bumped my printer because it was skewed in the X and Z axis. I used this link to fix the alignment. I also took apart and reassembled my hotend to check if I bent it.

I still have a problem with my probe. It seems like adjusting the z probe offset always requires a larger value than "-2" (and yes I know in math terms it would be a "smaller" value) in this context something like -2.5 is required regardless of how close the nozzle depth I place the sensor. Do I need a new sensor?
