Prusa Mini - Print not centered on the bed

I have an issue where my prints are not centered on the print bed. This by itself is not a problem and I was happily printing objects with no issue. But then I tried to print an object that was 18cm long (the length of the print bed). Soon after I hear a "dunk" then another "dunk" noise, and run back to see what happened. The nozzle collided with the two screws at the back of the print bed.

The reason this happens is my prints seem to print a few mm too far back and a few mm too far to the right. I have confirmed that my printers electronics compartment which is attached to the arm is aligned correctly with the notch touching the back

I hope my printer is undamaged, so far seems ok, but definitely NOT good. Any ideas what might be wrong?

I'm in the same situation. Is yours the MINI+ upgrade?
