Prusa Mini+ failing Z-Axis Calibration
Alright, my Prusa Mini Revo hot end ate itself requiring a total rebuild of the hot end. Completed the rebuild today and decided I wanted to re-run the calibration and it's failing the Z-Calibration. at completion of the calibration the display states Z 185. I believe that's the correct build volume. I'm on Firmware 6.2.4. For mods I have the aforementioned Revo Hotend, and I have the Bondtech IFS Extruder. I've had the machine since 2020. It's a good little workhorse. Z Offset is -0.9.
Ideas?

It's been a while since I did the Revo mod to my mini, but I remember that it changed the travel of the z axis, extending it a bit. I changed the z-axis length to 195 in the settings/hardware/experimental menu.

RE: Prusa Mini+ failing Z-Axis Calibration
I ran the calibration again with logging on and it spat out the following in the log.txt file:
107.175s [ERROR - Selftest:10] Z-Axis measured length = 192.175003mm out of range <181.000000,191.000000>
So, I'm reading that 191 is the upper limit. I updated to 193 and the test passed.
