Prusa Mini Extruder issues. Please Help!
Hello all
I have had my mini 2 weeks and had amazing prints (about 30) then changed the filament (2nd time doing so) and it crapped out.
Extruder gear turns but will not catch the filament, I have tried 3 different brands of PLA all 1.75
The nozzle is clean and clear, all ptfe is clear of obstructions, If I take the extruder apart and feed filament through by hand it catches and spins the gear. Im using the spool holder that came with my mini. Extruder gear and all surrounding parts have been cleaned thoroughly. I have tried tightening and loosening the tension bolt, no luck. And I have NO CLOGS!
I have contacted Prusa about this and they are sending new printed extruder parts hoping that its the issues, but i'm not so sure its the extruder parts.
Also I dont have a moisture/dry issue with PLA.
Any insight would be great. Kinda sad to only have this printer (my first) 2 weeks and its unusable.
