Print head clicking and shifting during probing and bed leveling
I tried to start a print earlier and my printer started doing this weird clicking and getting stuck/shifting. Does anyone know what this is or how to fix it? I attached a video of it trying to start a print, it re-probes and then fails. It also does this during bed leveling calibration.

AFAIR you do not need to disassemble anything, just move the print head until the screw is aligned with the hole on the top of the carriage, then you can use hex key to fix it.
After that do auto home from the menu.
Also worth to do general maintenance of the printer https://help.prusa3d.com/article/regular-maintenance-mini-mini_133222

RE: Print head clicking and shifting during probing and bed leveling
Thanks so much! Should I be tightening it or loosening it?

Tightening - so that the pulley do not slip on the shaft on the motor. Also worth to check if the belt has a proper tension and is not slipping on the pulley.
Generally I would check every screw on the printer and made sure they are not loose. Just don't overtighten them, otherwise you can damage the plastic threads.

RE: Print head clicking and shifting during probing and bed leveling
Update: I have both loosened and tightened the pulley and the block it is on so that the tension in the belt has increased and decreased. Increasing the tension made it click/shift more, and decreasing the tension made it click/shift infrequently enough that I could start a print (even though it probed 3 times before starting) but after one layer it shifted and the print had to be stopped. What else can I try? Also when trying to do the screw through the hole you showed, I could neither tighten or loosen the screw, it was very tight and I almost broke my Allen key.
