Over-extrusion on top layer

On one particular print of mine, the top layer is very rough and extents beyond the vertical edges (it's supposed to be rounded). I believe this is caused by over-extrusion. Is there a setting in PrusaSlicer to reduce the amount of extrusion for the top layer only?

Best Answer by Tracy:

Just to follow up, I recreated the STL in Fusion 360 and the over-extrusion issue disappeared. Overall print quality improved too.

Is there no such setting or did I ask the question in the wrong forum?

The Mini is my first 3D printer so I'm still learning. This is the first print that's turned out this way. Everything else has been near perfect.

Post some pictures. What you're describing does not necessarily sound like overextrusion; a picture describes what words cannot, especially if you're just starting out and not entirely familiar with the lingo yet.

This photo shows how rough the top layer is.

This photo shows how the fillet is missing compared to a print of just the top layer of the model (on the right).
