New mini and can't feed the filament
Just got the mini after a long wait. Did the first calibration, filament fed fine though the sensor. But, it started clicking. Did the steps 1-4 and no problems. The filament was very stuck, all of the screws in the feed sensor are pretty loose. Now it won't load, it's a hard push to get through the sensor. Really didn't expect this.
RE: New mini and can't feed the filament
Try loosening the two screws shown in the attached picture to release tension on the ball and the PTFE tube.
It is pretty easy to take the sensor apart and see how it works and what might be binding up.

RE: New mini and can't feed the filament
Thanks, not the sensor, loosened the screws and it slides well. However the freshly cut straight filament will not feed. I've adjusted the screw and it replicates the clicking(Extruder?) I did multiple attempts at adjustment and no go. I take to just before it clicks. The gear spins and there is nothing that I can see blocking advancement? Does this need to be disassembled? Not great experience for out of the box.
