No, current MMU2S works with direct drive extruders. MINI has Bowden extruder. Plus there is no firmware support for it. If you want color printing, MINI works with Mosaic Palette as those machines work a bit differently and feed one filament to the printer.

RE: Multi Material Upgrade 2.0 with Mini?

Check out this thread: anyone remember seeing a multi-material kit for single extruder bowden printers?

The discontinued 3D Chameleon Mk1 is seen in most of the of the YoTube review videos and was very MMU1-ish.  The Mk2 version looks to be more like a 4-color version of the MMU2 except it works with bowden-tube printers, and he had one video of it running on a Prusa Mini.

I have not used ot seen one of these in person yet, but for $200 it looks like a good bet.  There are no firmware modifications and the hardware mods are limited (moving the bowden tube and mounting an end-stop micro-switch), so the changes are fully reversible Once I get a second Mini for daily use, I plan on putting this and the continuous bed mod on my existing Mini, and maybe figure out a way to make both addressable as GPIOs from OctoPi instead of using end-stop switches.  Between those and the new Prusa Mini stand project, it is shaping up to be a busy summer on the the 3D printer front.
