Motor getting stuck when unloading filament
Hi there!
So when I try to unload the filament, everything gets stuck and the motor gets very loud.
This only happens, when I unload. NOT when I load.
So I opened the extruder pully. But everything was clean and properly set up.
When I remove all gears inside, the motor works just fine and has great power. But when I add the gear and wiggle it, it gets stuck again. I added a video.
Any ideas what the issue could be?

Could be a damaged gearbox, contact the support.
