Mini+ unresponsive after upgrading to Revo Micro 12v

I bought the upgrade kit from 3DJake and installed it triple checking everything. Fan and axis tests went perfect, but qhent the hotend test started, everything went off, and LCD turned black. Now it just will not start.

There were no weird sounds or smells, nothing is burnt in the electronics box, and the transformer seems ok.

Any ideas? I have no budget for a new printer and I'm very frustrated.

Thank you all

Check fuses https://help.prusa3d.com/article/blown-fuse-mini_179613

Check cables of the thermistor/heater block for damages. Ensure cables close to the heating element are not crossed because thin metal threads can separate from the cables and cause short circuits.
Check resistances https://help.prusa3d.com/article/thermal-runaway-print-head-12204-mini_154813
