Mini reads USB but doesn't see Gcode Files
Please HELP!!!!!
MINI+ see USB (Factory or 3rd Party) but doesn't see Gcode files.
Hard to help here with what could be a malfunctioning USB reader. You may get better support by getting on the chat with Prusa. Go to prusa3d.com, log in, and look for the chat button in the lower right corner.

Don't know if pb solved but on top of correct format and size of the USB stick (FAT32 / Max 32Go / Allocation 4096ko) you have to pay attention to .gcode file management
- Store .gcode files under root directory
- No special character or accent in file name
- No "." at the beginning of the name
- No more than 255 characters for file name
- Use .gcode or .gco for file extension

I contacted support chat, and it seems as if there is a problem with the thumb drive itself. The support person confirmed that there is nothing special to formatting the drive, other than using FAT32 (I already was). He suggested deep formatting (I had been using quick format). I'll post back an update if this works, but otherwise I plan to just buy a new thumb drive.

Having similar issue (in addition to something else) with my prusa mk4s since yesterday too
