Leveling Failed - Nozzle Crashed in to Bed

Hey all,

I've been using my Mini+ for several months now.  Over the past few weeks, I've had to keep reducing my Z-offset, and then today the leveling failed because the nozzle went all the way down to the plate and pushed it down.

Is this something that can be adjusted, or does it sound like the SuperPINDA may be failing?

ETA: The only upgrades I've done is adding an ESP-01 for wireless and switching to an E3D Micro hot end.  I'm running the latest 4.4.0 firmware.

Looks like I fixed this one on my own with some troubleshooting tips from some folks over at MakerDeck ( https://www.twitch.tv/makerdeck).

I tested the probe and confirmed that it was working using the sensor status screen.

I decided to check the level of the PINDA and it was WAY off.  I would say 4mm or so too high.  No idea how that happened and if it just worked its way up over time.  Maybe from the wire pulling on it if it wasn't tight enough?

Anyway, resetting the gap on the SuperPINDA fixed the issue.

That was going to be my suggestion, check the screw that holds the PINDA in place.

Yeah, it was weird.  It would always do the first 4 leveling points and then crash in to the bed on the 5th one.  That's why I didn't suspect the PINDA at first.

I'm not complaining though, this thing has been an absolute tank.  Over 1500 hrs printing since I got it earlier this year.
