LCD screen all white
I went to preheat my Prusa Mini and the screen was non-responsive. I turned it off and when I turned it back on the screen is all white, the motors are locked and Octoprint doesn't see it.
I've powered it off and let it sit for a while, disconnected the Pi, made sure there was no card in the SD slot and same result. Any other tips or suggestions other than contacting support?

Other than checking the cable from the buddy board to the screen is seated properly at both ends, and there is no damage to the cable I'd suggest using the webchat on the eshop page to contact support.
