Knob on LCD Panel not depressing
My selector knob rotates fine, but I cannot get it to push to select. Has anyone else had this problem?

if you take the knob off, can you click the control shaft?
on one of my printers the modified knob, slid on too far, and was pushing against the front panel, rather than pressing the shaft!
