issues after nozzle change

ok so i just got me an micro swiss .4mm nozzle ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CGCBPLN?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) due my nozzle being worn down
i went though the nozzle change and started to calibrate every thing and tune Z height, well everything is going well and layers are looking really good so i decide to print a benchy.
well after about 3-4 layers the filament gets caught in the extruder real badly and is quite loud i hit the reset button right away
when i started to look stuff up i find out it could be a clog so i go ahead and unload fulfillment and do a few cold pulls and put the printer back together, i start another benchy and first layer is fine but after awhile i start hearing a click every now and then from the extruder and print quality is pretty bad when just before i didnt have these problems with the same filament
did i get a bad nozzle?
did i change it wrong? i made sure to tighten all the way and there's no leaking from the top or the bottom
is my extruder messed up now?
im still relatively new to 3d printing and i have no clue where to start trouble shooting in this situation, please ask for whatever other info yiu may need
here's the first benchy where i hit the reset button due to loud exruder
here's the second one where i stopped it out of concern and print quality

forgot this image too
RE: issues after nozzle change
Looks like a hardened steel nozzle so you may want to up the temperature by 10 degrees or so.
