I need to change "Live Adjust" nearly every print - is this normal?
Like the title says, I can be printing a new revision of the same object shortly after the other one with the same filament and bed sheet and I may have to change the Live Adjust up to like 0.4 in one direction or the other to make the first layer perfect. Back when I got the printer it was so bad that I maxed out the adjustment at -2.0 so I readjusted the PINDA and superglued it in place because I thought it was moving. Could there be something else wrong with my hardware? I think I followed the assembly correctly (it's simple and only a few steps) and once the first layer is down, my prints look fantastic. Has this happened to anyone else?

A possible fix, if nothing else helps

I have the same issue. I have found its much better if you pre heat the MINDA. Once the nozzel and bed get to bed leveling temp I part the nozzle at x 90 y90 z 1.5 and let it sit there for two minutes. I also let my maching cool down to 25C before starting another print. Seems to work for me. 95% of the time I don't need to change live z during the first layer going down.

Thanks for that information. I can deal with it, but it's a pain point of the printer. If it wasn't for this, I could just hit print and walk away.
Of course, this printer is sooo much better than my old one, but not the perfect printer yet.

I think there must be an issue with production of the MINDA sensors. I had same issue. Get in contact with Prusa and get it replaced, I got mine replaced and no issues since.
